WhyUsersLeave provides UX analytics: a tracking script you install on your website, aggregated behavioral metrics, AI-generated recommendations, and an MCP server that lets coding agents read those insights and verify fixes. The service is provided “as is” — we work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The Free plan includes 1 site with monthly session and AI-usage limits described on the site. The Pro plan is $29/month, billed via Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard’s billing portal — access continues through the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Usage over plan limits may be dropped (sessions) or rate-limited (AI calls). We’ll always show your current usage honestly rather than silently degrading.
You may only install the tracker on websites you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for disclosing analytics collection to your visitors where required (a privacy policy covers this in most jurisdictions — ours is a decent reference). Do not use the service to collect data in contexts where behavioral tracking is prohibited, and do not attempt to record sensitive form data through it.
No abuse of the API or ingestion endpoints, no attempts to exhaust other customers’ usage caps, no reselling access without our written OK, and nothing illegal. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms — with notice when practical.
You own your site’s data. We claim no rights over it beyond what’s needed to run the service. You can export or delete it at any time. We may use fully aggregated, de-identified statistics (like “total sessions tracked across all customers” in our marketing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhyUsersLeave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost revenue, lost data, lost customers) arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you’re on the free plan.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders before they take effect. Continued use after that point means acceptance.
